Announcing the 2015 Calendar
It's that time of year again... the 2015 Capture My Arizona calendar contest is open! The 2013 and 2014 editions of the calendar were overwhelming successes, so we're thrilled to be able to do another calendar for 2015. We're excited to announce the official opening of the 2015 edition, starting today! There are a few key things to know about the 2015 calendar...
First, just like last year, all it takes to be sure your photos are eligible for publication in the calendar is opting into the 2015 Calendar Terms. Go to your settings page (you must be logged in), then make sure the box that says, "I'd like my photos to be included for potential publication in the Capture My Arizona 2015 Calendar" is checked. If you had previously checked the "KAET" usage agreement, you are automatically opted into the 2015 Calendar agreement and you don't need to do anything more.
This year, we're giving you a full three months to take new photos and submit them for consideration. You've seen what's been selected in the first two calendars by your votes and our editors, so get out there and capture a unique take on what makes Arizona so great. Of course, old photo submissions will be considered as well, but we think it would be great to see a bunch of new submissions too!
Here are a few important links:
- Check to be sure your photos are opted in on your settings page
- Read the FAQs on how to replace a photo with a high-res version, which is what we need for printing in the calendar
- Upload some new photos
- Buy the 2015 calendar here while it's on sale
Now, take advantage of these three months in the 2015 calendar contest and upload your best shots and vote like there's no tomorrow!
