About Me
Marcus W. Reinkensmeyer is an aspiring Arizona based landscape photographer, especially drawn to less traveled parks and remote wilderness areas. His travels encompass remote mountain ranges, silent slot canyons, lush coastal regions, hidden waterfalls, meandering rivers and urban landscapes. His growing body of work celebrates the transient quality of light, the intricate patterns of nature and the joy of time spent in quiet exploration.
Photography credits include publications in Backpacker, Country, Shutterbug, Nature Photographer, Photographers Edge, Arizona Republic, American Bible Society Calendars and Arizona Scenic Calendars. His photography and writings can also be found in two collaborations with other Arizona
photographers, Windswept Landscape: Images from the Arizona-Utah Border and From Rock to Sand: Death Valley Landscapes, and Landscape Portfolio: Photography Rediscovered.
