Back in March of this year I was fortunate to win 1st place in the Photography division and Best of Show at the (WVAM) West Valley Art Museum's "Celebration of Artists" competition. The City of Peoria has graciously afforded me the opportunity to have a one man show of my photography. The show consists of 19 images from Arizona and beyond as well as some conceptual ideas I've created. The show runs from September 10th through October 21st in the lobby of Peoria's Center for the Performing Arts. Location is 84th Ave. and Peoria and admission is FREE! Times are Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm and during show hours Friday/Saturday from 7pm - 9pm, Sunday 1pm - 3 pm. While your in the west valley check out the WHAM gallery on Dysart rd. south of Bell rd. A little further west on Bell road then south on Civic Center takes you to the West Valley Arts HQ in the Surprise City Hall complex. The West Valley Art HQ is now displaying the "Through The Lens" exhibition in the actual City Hall, north end hallway. Archie Tucker and I both have photography displayed there. Sojourn to the west valley and make a day of it!
Congrats on your success and exhibits! May they lead to even bigger and better things ;^)
